That has to be deliberate...Some felons may have done no real violent harm, maybe even got over charged in a white collar, drug possession, or EPA type crime. What a way to isolate them, and starve them to death!

Don't commit a felony. Ever.

Articles like this are propaganda. The author never mentions the “farm bill” has increased from $600 billion to $900 billion under the kenyan’s watch. There are no substantive cuts here.
