so what happened when the student who came forward on yes my parent drinks, does dope, etc was the child of the teachers giving the test ???

On the contrary, most parents unknowingly authorized the activity because they were too damn lazy to do a little research about the drug prevention education program chosen by the school.
My school district uses the above program. The overview that the school sends home sounds oh-so-benign. When you look at the actual lessons, you realize what it is. 300 students - mine was the only child opted out. Lazy parents.
