You would rather have Hillary get re-elected to CEMENT the damage done by that bastard? I don’t think so.

Hopefully it doesn’t come to that.

Lots of things in my life control me. I got over that a long time ago. Makes for serenity.

Romney is a good, honest, honorable family man. That’s a good start. He’s opposed to Obamacare and wants it replaced. He believes in the states making decisions regarding things like charter schools, health care, education, etc. In other words he is not big government like the dems. That’s all I can do without coffee and research. Thanks for asking. Oh, and he’s not Hillary. As a woman of about the same age, I’m embarrassed by Hillary.

Agreed. Just saying, if all of our guys lose and it’s between a communist and Jeb, I still vote against the communist.

“Then you’re voting for Hillary.”

No, you and your fellow RINOs vote for Hillary when you push Dole, McCain, Romney, Christie, or Jeb Bush on a conservative party.

I will never vote for a RINO again.

No more “lesser of two evils.”

Then I guess you better make sure a RINO is not on the ticket.

Exactly.

Romney would have given us RomneyCare, which is ObamaCare with a slightly different set of cronies getting rich.

Romney would have pushed citizenship for 11 million undocumented Democrats. At least with Obama, we get semi-united opposition.

RINOS are, in many ways, far worse than Democrats.

If you think voting for any RINO is going to ensure that Obama's damage is reversed, you've got another think coming. Wake up and smell the treason. The radical Dems and the RINOs are working hand in hand.

One is selling you out in front of your face, while the other is doing it behind your back. Nothing is going to change until you start rejecting them BOTH.

You believe many lies. You are gullible and it’s too bad you actually vote.

-- there was a time when I didn't think this way, when I'd vote for the leftist R "lesser of evils." I voted for Arnold with enthusiasm and my eyes wide open. If I had it to do over again ...

I'm right there with you. I voted for Arnold. I voted for McCain. And to my everlasting shame, I even voted for Mitt.

Every time I did so, it was because of the leering specter of an even worse radical leftist on the Dem side.

But what was the net result? By voting out of fear, I sent a message to the GOP-e that I can be manipulated into giving the treason regime my permission to do what they will with me.

It's why McCain became our nominee in 2008. It's why we wound up with a pathetic milquetoast pseudo Republican as our challenger to the Marxist Destroyer.

This is what happens when you vote against your principles time and time again.

Mercat, DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE -- clearly you have avoided it when it comes to Romney. Hillary has zip, zero, nada to do with who and what Romney is and what you are voting FOR when you vote "against" her by voting for Romney.

Obviously, clearly, plainly, you have failed to do your due diligence, you have failed in your responsibilities as a voter, if you actually think Romney doesn't support Obamacare at least (and absolutely) in CONCEPT.

You shame my sex -- I am a woman, too; people like you make understand why the Founders didn't give women the vote. Anyone who thinks that whether or not a guy has a large family speaks to his moral values, is behaving like an emotional woman. Jimmy Carter was a good family man, and Nancy Pelosi is absolutely 100 percent a "good family woman."

As for being "good" and "honorable," Romney has a very distinguished and pointed record of supporting using government to force Americans to accept the normalization of homosexuality, from his active support of Gay Youth Pride (yes, you can look it up), to his stated support of the "right" for homosexuals to adopt children -- which really means he believes that it is government's job to punish adoption agencies that refuse to go along. Romney is ON RECORD saying that he BELIEVES that a minor girl who gets pregnant, wants an abortion, but is denied permission from her parents, has the "right" to go to a judge and have that judge overrule her parents. Those things indicate the OPPOSITE OF "a good, honest, honorable family man." That is the EPITOME of a morally depraved creep (albeit a handsome one in a nice suit) who any decent person will fight to KEEP OUT OF POWER. I and many FReepers are decent people who will fight aggressively to keep Romney and others like him, OUT OF POWER.

Every single detail of his history, words, and actions, proves that indeed, he is totally amoral, and totally on board with Big Government. Whether it is state of federal, is totally beside the point. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE and if you do it honestly and sincerely, you will conclude that Romney is every bit as much pro-government as any Democrat.

When you state otherwise, it shows that you have failed to do your due diligence and that's it really too bad you vote. Your vote is as ignorant and destructive as any other Low Information Voter; it just so happens you are registered "Republican."

Except you don’t get to vote “against.” I am sorry, but that’s just the way it is. When you vote, you MUST THINK IN TERMS OF WHAT YOU ARE VOTING FOR.

Name calling and attacks are rarely going to convince people to change. I’m sorry you’re so angry. I think it is a rule of conservatism to vote for the more conservative of two candidates. That’s always been my rule. I will always vote. That’s how I was taught. Pray and vote.

We need to encourage Ted Cruz and other patriots to step up and stop the GOPe insanity.
