The reason no one is in jail but a feckless CIA dupe is because the real criminal bastards are running the white hut.
If the law allows HHS to promulgate regulations, even if Congress just amended the statute with a rider attached to the, so-called, "Farm Bill," then he isn't violating the letter of the law.
His "Climate Hubs," (oh, joy. Has anyone ever heard of NOAA, and the Weather Service?) for example, mention nothing about funding. It probably falls under the latitude granted the executive in renaming and relocating NOAA offices and/or personnel, or whatever.
I really don't want to hear about explicit law violations unless chapter and verse of federal statutes are quoted, along with exhaustive searches of any pertaining statutes cross-referenced. The fact that this "law change" was published in the Federal Register strongly hints at the admittedly nefarious "process" of promulgation of regulations, power of which the Congress has spinelessly passed along to its creatures (e.g. FCC?) "since forever," so to speak.
That's a tall but necessary order for any journo to get my headspace tuned to his frequency when talk about "crimes and misdemeanors" is tossed hither and yon.
That being said, it's not as though I expect anything short of lawlessness from this oath-breaker and his myriad henchmen. If I were elected to the House, I'd have a Resolution of Impeachment signed and in the Bill Hopper 30 seconds after I took the oath, but it wouldn't be a press release. It would be an indictment.
I guess the next step is inviting all jihadis worldwide into the US, actually paying their way, and giving them the codes to all US military armories.

Exactly correct. That was one of the reasons he was thought to be more attractive than his marxist competitor for the office - he would be easier to handle. Secondly, of course, there was the opportunity for radical muslims and communists to join efforts (one can wonder how many muslims of any stripe would have voted for a woman).
There is a well-tuned engine spread throughout our government that is operated by dedicated "we know best" totalitarians.
Unfortunately, we are in a struggle for the soul of our nation and it doesn't seem our elected politicians realize that.
