Now, if we could get some action like this during the next NV session. Sadly, too many radical left wing extremist demokkkrat scumbags from the LV area will never do the state a public service like that.

Governor Nixon vetoed it.

And Republicans in the Senate refused to override it.

Wonder if the sponsor of this bill had the cajones to include (or not exclude) Title 18, Section 922(o) and the 1934 NFA among those federal laws that are to be nullified. It’d be interesting to see the result - I’m sure that the feds would have a cow, and immediately take the case to court, but the truth is that full autos are only NOT in common use because the feds have effectively banned them since 1934, and have banned new production for civilians since 1986.

I would be totally surprised if this does NOT pass. I expect the good folks in AZ have about had it with odumbo and his ilk.

I think Texas has one of these. I don’t recall if it ever passed but I do remember a bill like that being proposed.

This is what I found in Texas http://www.legis.state.tx.us/tlodocs/83R/billtext/pdf/HB00553I.pdf

Same thing as what they are talking about I believe.
