CENTENNIAL, Colo., Feb. 7 (UPI) -- The death of the chief of the American Title Co., under investigation by state insurance regulators, was a suicide, the Arapahoe County, Colo., coroner said. Richard Talley, 57, was found dead in the garage of his Centennial, Colo., home, earlier this week, the result of self-inflicted wounds from a nail gun, the Denver Post reported Friday.
Talley, and the company he founded and led as chief executive officer, are under investigation by the Colorado Division of Insurance, a part of the state Department of Regulatory Agencies which regulates title companies, an agency spokesman confirmed Thursday.
Department spokesman Vince Plymell said an investigation was focused on Talley and his company but did not offer details.

I think he had a itch and forgot... blam!
He was not one of those that had a nail in their head and did not know it. http://abcnews.go.com/images/Health/ht_nail_in_head_nt_120120_main.jpg

Nail Gun Suicide would be a great band name.

The ZH comment thread for this story is CLASSIC! :-)
Appears he was nailed more than once
My wife (a nurse) loves to watch those ER dramas and I can recall several where people survived a single nail-gun shot to the head...and lots of other skull penetrations.
She likes to watch these programs right before bedtime!
