There is more to this story than what is being told here. I guarantee this "victim" attacked the store owner, but he does not want to make a big legal deal out of it, and now the "victim" can't prove anything. Yeah, it likely wasn't a "good shoot", but the police have not hauled the store owner in, so that's something.
