He is entirely right that the GOP needs some kind of image makeover. You can protest that all you want, but the 2012 elections, for both Congress and the White House, sadly speak for themselves. They need to understand how the public perceives them it is not enough that they know themselves what they advocate.

Absolutely right on. The GOP is perceived to be a bunch of stick-up-the-butt old farts and checked pants country club insiders.
