The House RINO have given up again, everything seems to be in place now - - - - .
We even have Doormat Boehner in place as the whiney, wimpy, Whimper-Speaker!
FORWARD!, into the abyss of Obamanation!
Yo-Dee-Ho! Yo- Ho!
Yo-Dee-Ho! Yo- Ho!
Yo-Dee-Ho! Yo- Ho!
The Rats will save him again. All he has to do is break his “majority of the majority” pledge. Again.
I have a hunnert dollar bill here, anybody want to bet against me?
The only bet I’d make on Boehner is on his skin tone being darker than Baraq’s....
I think he will not find the votes either.
Reason? because the Dems are smart enough to know that if does not pass, the GOP will get the blame for the shutdown.
All Boehner has done is expose weakness to the libs.
bTW, how is this guy leader if the majority he is supposed to lead disagree with him?
Some of us are not convinced it is a political loser, if we did not have a cadre of Republicans who are looking for any excuse to fold.
This is one fight conservatives should want to avoid. A fight one cant win is pointless, indeed.
If not now when, if not here where?
p.s. I think this should have been done over the budget not the debt ceiling.
We didn’t give Boner power to put our children more in debt, but that’s what he’s doing.
Boner must go!
This isn’t paying our debts. This is increasing our debt.
Then they should come out and say it instead of: we’ll fight the debt limit, no we’ll fight the budget, no we’ll fight the debt limit, ad naseum...
They are all liars, thiefs, cheats, and power mongers only out for themselves - they don’t have the nads to be honest about anything and they sure as hell don’t represent their constituents or states. They are in it for themselves and their keepers who pay them on the side. They can all go to Hell.
Oh and not moving the ceiling doesn’t default on the debt. It just prevents them from overspending more than they were already allowed to overspend.
It’s simple. Maintain the current debt level. No increases for 5 years.
Precisely. And -- to me, anyway -- that is good news.
If Boehner has to scramble to find even 18 GOP votes, it means the vast majority of the caucus is as fed up with the leadership as we are.
Ergo, his Speakership hangs by a thread -- and if he dares make a move to pass Immigration "Reform" by the same device, he's dead meat.
Effectively, Boehner is finished -- it's only a matter of time until the opposition coalesces around a replacement.
I can summarize: the GOP faction of the uniparty will always vote to increase government spending. Always.
Wow. And if she does it’ll be the first time that I’ve ever agreed with her on anything.
LIEberals ALWAYS doublecross the Republicans!
Always have, always will.
Definition of insanity applies here!
Boehner, Cantor and Ryan all need to have primaries. They should not be re-elected. Force the spineless GOP to find new leaders.
