Does anyone know when TransCanada/XL applied for permission to transit the United States with the XL Pipeline?

How much more time do you need to study something, in order to make a decision???

This president is all about delay and kicking cans down the road isn’t he?

Look at Obamacare. It was passed in March 2010, and scheduled to be phased in over a period of years. Now they are pushing back the time deadlines in Obamacare, allegedly to give everyone even more time to fully comply with the law. Sheesh........

The first pipeline ran into problems in Nebraska, so TransCan had to resubmit the new route for approval. A new EIS.
