RUSH: Ladies and gentlemen, there´s so much going on out there. The lawlessness of this Regime knows no bounds. There´s nothing stopping this man from doing anything. If he wants to raise marginal tax rates, he can just do it. Nobody´s gonna stop him. Here is the latest. As you know, the Regime recently delayed the implementation of the employer mandate for three years, until 2016. This means that employers who have a hundred or less employees will be subject to the mandate. (Snip) I mean, this is absolutely lawless. It is against the law. They cannot, ladies and gentlemen,

I could ask where in the un-Affordable Care Act does is say that an employer is required to justify layoffs, or for that manner in the IRS code.

but I know it's a DIKTAT.

Look, technically it won’t be a lie. The HR departments of most companies are staffed with people that have been told forever, to fire people and find reasons to justify the firings. They can find any instance or instances of violations of the business’ employee handbook and you’re gone. It will not be a lie at all, they will find violations, they will find performance issues, and they will be documented.

I recall a guy talkign about how he worked in the warehouse of a company for 20+ years and was let go because a security cam had showed him with three other guys chatting before work, punching in, and one guy punched in all four guys (against the rules but never before an issue), even though they all were there. They were looking for a reason to justify firing them because they were higher paid, and wanted to get new people in to pay them lower wages. They had been doing this the last two years to other workers there. These guys knew it and saw it happen.

I am guessing, treatment similar to what the tea party groups endured under the IRS troops. And visits from OHSA, FBI, EPA, etc., etc. They will make the business owners’ lives hell for years to come.

Unfortunately our Republican RINO leadership believes they will get the WH in 2016 and are eager to govern exactly the same way as Obama is right now, as they will cite Obama’s abuses and say nobody stopped him, or said it was unconstitutional, so now OUR guy will be lawless as well.

Shouldn’t employers claiming Obamacare as the reason for layoff should be getting an award for increasing “freedom”? (like Chuck Schumer claimed on Sunday TV)

Exactly correct! These companies are heros of the revolution because they are freeing their oppressed employees from job lock.

The SCOTUS has already ruled that the 1st amendment protects your right to lie. You just can’t do it under oath or with certain signed documents. I’ve actually amended boilerplate forms offered to me by large companies before signing.

I wonder if companies are required by law to submit to and answer the question.

Unless you can come up with 60 conservative Senators the only way we will undo obama is through the exeuctive action of a future POTUS. The Dems will brawl. We must be prepared to do the same or we will keep losing.

If every business did that, the government would be shitting themselves and the citizens would be free slaves.

I’m not sure I understand how this is supposed to work. Where is it written that a company can be penalized for reducing its workforce because of Obozocare? If Bozocare increases my expenses I have to cut costs/workers. If I refuse to sign the form do I not get the exemption? Legally they cant do a thing.
