If true that is a frightening development.
As the turnout continues to drop, tightly organized groups of radical looneys will be able to elect people a whole lot worse than DeBlasio.
It’s why countries with small populations often make voting mandatory.
Dems don’t do voter fraud if their guy’s going to win anyhow... That’s probably why the count is low.

I’d expect this will continue in “sanctuary cities” as the number of Americans in these places dwindles.
It didn’t help when every single survey showed De Blasio winning by 55% either. The outcome of that election had all the drama of a WWE match.
