Ten of the worlds 23 most notorious pirate websites are based in EU countries, while another five are in Russia or Ukraine, the US government says.
The report, published on Wednesday (12 February), by The Office of the United States Trade Department Representative, lists websites which undermine critical US comparative advantages in innovation and creativity to the detriment of American workers due to their global scale and popularity. [ ]
The sites mainly distribute movies, TV shows, music, books, and video games, many of which originate in the US.

Its OK with me.
“undermine critical US comparative advantages...”
Comparative advantage?
I yearn for the days of party lines, when TV went off the air at 5:00pm. Im not a Luddite...but damn close.
Come now....... what are those sites?
Ping
The linked article provides a list of the main pirate sites around the world. That actually surprised me since the article is about how these sites cost creators of content billions.
The linked article lists many of the websites in question.
FYI
thanks
Roku, Plex
Great combo
Do not visit, and if you do, make sure you use a heavily fortified browser and do not input any personally identifiable information. This isn’t because the sites are filled with malware (some of them are) but because the lines into and out of those sites are some of the most heavily-monitored and sniffed traffic portals around the world outside of maybe China.
Spend any significant amount of time on one of them without using a TOR browser or otherwise obfuscating your identity will likely net you a visit from the fuzz or a call from your ISP.
ROKU, PLEX
I use both.
I also have a 3 TB NAS Wifi Hard Drive. I have a few movies on it and a lot of TV programs I have accumulated.
Add in Netflix streaming.
My heart is breaking. I just can’t decide should I use the little violin or the big one.
Depends on the pitch. I like the bass violin because it can sound scary.
