Dang. I used to live a couple of miles from the plant in Titusville that builds these and NEVER did they have a sale on "blems" or 2nds. Now there's an overrun!!!??? Probably can't even afford the shipping container. LOL!

No thanks for the $$ they want. The military had plenty of problems with them even with that price tag.

My home built DPMS LR-308 runs flawlessly for far less. The fancy price tag does not make the bullet fly faster, just pleases the procurement geeks.

Guys used to ask insane prices for Kinght's .308 magazines. That sure went silent when Magpul came out with their design for less than $20.

Just what IS the price?

I was talked out of a scoped Armalite AR10 about 8 years ago that was $850.

It weighed like 15 lbs, but I shoulda grabbed that.

If I hadn’t lost that Ruger SR-762 in a sasquatch assault I wouldn’t need an M110...

Weight is the determining factor for me. We hunt with ARs up here in Alaska. My 6.8 stag is so light, a favorite witht eh 2 point around me neck. My Armalite 338 fed feels like an M-14, just too heavy to hunt with. The 308 SCAR fits the ticket for me and fits my chest too. This year either an S&W 308 or POF 308, the S&W is light too.
