The federal government may not completely finish the automated payment system for Obamacare for several months, White House spokesman Jay Carney said Friday.
Until that system is fully running, the administration wont be able to verify how many of the consumers who signed up for Obamacare insurance are, in fact, paying their premiums and are hence truly enrolled.

In one of the article comments, regarding Obama’s claim to have “a phone and a pen” .... somebody said “he’s a phoney who belongs in the pen”. LOL!
Well, you can’t be enrolled until you pay the premium. I don’t make the rules.
To call it a slipshod op is generous..
“Months” - such a nice precise term as opposed to a specific date. Notice that there is no qualifier like several or couple, so ‘Months’ can be 3-5 or 99+ (8 years+) so this is an answer that is not any kind of answer. So typical of this Administration’s ‘PRECISION’!

If the electorate had any sense whatsoever, everybody in the executive branch and every congresscritter who went for this scam would still be picking tar and feathers off their body parts in whatever place they call "home".
Imagine if Amazon or ANY of the on line sites tried to start up this way.
So any numbers they give about enrollments are made up.

You know, this has been the standard for this president. His first act was to sign a fatwa closing the POW camp at Guantanamo Bay. He then turned and asked if we have a place to keep the prisoners. To this day the prison remains fully operative.
