I think so..put it back to a toss up, but I think Walsh will win the primary as a sitting Senator but lose in the general.
Schweitzer not running really screwed up the Dims plans up here and they don't seem to be helping themselves..
Pete Wilson made the mistake of appointing some nobody to replace him in the Senate when he became Calif. Governor. That nobody proceeded to lose 2 years later to either Boxer or Feinstein(year of the woman). Condi Rice was a hot, young, 36-year-old at the time. The seat(s) are gone and the rest is history.
