It’s really quite simple: Impeach, indict, arrest, convict, sentence.

It’s going to go both ways if we ever get into the white house again

The House gave away what power it had and now the GOPe is in the comfortable position of complaining and saying they don’t have the Senate so send money.

There is no law in this country anymore. Law enforcement, the “courts”, “judges”, the DOJ are all totally worthless. Just a bunch of slugs drawing paychecks and harassing law abiding Americans. IMHO.

One thing we can do is strengthen the laws once we get in power

Seems to me that "violating Constitution" is grounds for impeachment.
What am I missing here?
I suspect what's missing is cojones by the effete RINOs.

The problem is, in the event Republican elites ever manage to win the presidency again, they can’t wait to do all the s**t Obama has been getting away with.

However, he said critics would have a tough time winning in court because Congress lacks the so-called “legal standing” to present the case and they would have a “tough time” finding somebody hurt enough by the delays to be a good plaintiff.

So the Executive usurps powers reserved to the Legislature and the Legislature doesn't think they have standing to go to court?

So let me get this straight, Mr. Lee, The president can make Law for which we the People have no say or representation? That about it? We do need to be clear on this.

Republicans: Obama violating Constitution, but little can be done about it

Feckless Republicans: Obama violating Constitution, but little can be done about it, because the GOP is too comfortable with the status quo, and Republicans do get their turn at the money troughs.

Mark Levin keeps staying 'we need a new Republican party'.

The trouble with that is voting for the same and expecting a different result. It ain't gonna happen. There are a few rebels in the GOP, but they seem to be culled out quickly.

These guys apparently need some sheesh to go with that whine.

Sheesh.

Grow up and be men. Do your jobs and live up to your responsibilities.

IMPEACH.

"Hurt enough?" Are you kidding?

Who determines what's "enough?"

Throw lawyers and accountants at them, clog up the courts with lawsuits up the whazoo and take a shot. How about cancer patient or dialysis patients or MS patients who've been already documented as suffering?

And Lee is supposed to be one of the "fighters" for our side?

Is there anyone left in Congress who has even a scinitilla of balls?

” Congress lacks the so-called “legal standing” to present the case and they would have a “tough time” finding somebody hurt enough by the delays to be a good plaintiff.”

Standing! Why doesn’t Congress itself have “legal standing” if the separation of powers is being violated?

Patients dying from cancer get refused treatment.

They should have ‘standing’.

I doubt even one Freeper here can name one thing the GOP has promised
to do if they take the senate and maintain the House, because I have not
heard or read what they plan to do with the power they may be given.

“...critics would have a tough time winning in court because Congress lacks the so-called “legal standing” to present the case and they would have a “tough time” finding somebody hurt enough by the delays to be a good plaintiff.”

Pathetic! Stupid!

This notion of standing has to have a limit, surely. If the American taxpayers don’t have standing to challenge fedgov, we are lost. It is, after all, the taxpayers who fund the government, ultimately; whether operating funds or debt service.

Get his many violations on record by impeaching him. And get his co-conspirators in treason on record too, when they (the senate democrats) refuse to remove him for high crimes and treason.

In the case of usurpation of powers not granted, Congress IS the court.
