Obama has unilaterally granted "waivers" of the business mandate, but the law still requires these companies to either insure their employees or face a $3500 per employee fine.
Come December (after the elections) some Federal Judge will rule that the waiver was invalid and every one of these employers will be required to pony up $3500 per employee for failure to comply with the law.
This is why Obama didn't give the waiver to individuals.
This is the dirty little secret. There is no business waiver. It isn't even written down. It's just a policy statement. It will never hold up if challenged. And Obama himself will find some lackey to challenge it.
he should be impeached since he had failed to execute the laws of the land and thereby isn’t true to his oath of office to defend the constitution.
However, he has the racist get out of impeachment free card.
BTTT, but with the media carrying water fot the rats, the question is when. IMHO, the time for the House to impeach is just before the election. We need to take the Senate so Obama doesn’t appoint any more like Kagan or Sotomayor to the Supreme Court.
I don’t think people in leadership have the stomach to make hard decisions. They are afraid of controversy and damage and maybe failure. I don’t know but I see it in church where loving means everything and justice seems to mean un-loving. Maybe it is just the times I am experiencing. Love and justice are not separate and hard things must be done less they get worse. With Obama, he is proceedingly worse.
