You are absurd.
Under Federal AND State law, you LIVE where you SAY you LIVE for voting purposes.
What I have stated on the subject is accepted law.
There is NOTHING illegal about what Senator Roberts is doing.
In fact, it is COMMON practice.
All I care about is how Roberts votes.
Roberts IS a Conservative.
Silly, wasteful, egotistical people who waste our time, money and efforts fighting against good conservatives annoy most true conservatives.
You can not argue with Roberts on his voting record, that is WHY you have nothing else but this stupidity.

The campaign put out a radio ad pushing back, saying that people outside the state are trying to influence the election...

-——————— -——————— -——————— -———————

Well, yeah. Roberts would the “people outside the state” since he doesn’t live there.

Every conservative we can get in place is a step in the right direction. And as for the big important list, I’m pretty sure we’ve gotten rid of Cornyn here this year :)

What’s up with Moran is that he’s a joke. I’d have preferred Wolf build a groundgame tokick that guys ass out.

Try coming to Kansas some time, Toto, and you'll find out just how unknown Milton Wolf really is!

How much did you know about Kathleen Sebelius? I knew more about A.J. Cripe than I know about Wolf, but I do not accept that a Kansas Senator who hasn't lived in the State he represents for over 30 years, is the best choice.

>> You support the RINO <<

Right. The guy with the rock solid 95% conservative rating, who has stood with Ted Cruz on every major issue, is a "RINO". I'm sure "Barack Obama's cousin" is MUCH more "conservative", because he appeared in the public spotlight for the first time a few months ago and says he is. If he SAYS so, it MUST be true!

>> I think we are playing with fire with this whole “doesn’t live in Kansas” thing. <<

It's hard to keep track of the rules on these issues. According to the Mark Levin fans and RedState.com people, it's a "deal breaker" if Pat Roberts isn't living in Kansas, but it was fine and dandy when Liz Cheney wanted to represent Wyoming when she hadn't lived there since she was 12. I think their talking points make more sense if they didn't change from candidate to candidate.

There’s no need for hysterics.

Anyway this “doesn’t live in Kansas stuff” is a bunch of crap cooked up by the NY times and launched on to by a desperate opponent with little real rational for convincing anyone of voting for him.

You support the random guy who’s only way of drawing attention to himself is to keep mentioning a distant relation to Obama over the proven conservative Senator?

>> Let some Kansas Ted Cruz represent the peeps of the State. <<

I agree. Pat Roberts has sided with Ted Cruz on EVERY major issue (oftentimes being only one of a handful Republicans to stand firm), so Kansas voters ALREADY have such a Senator representing the peeps of the state.

His challenger, on the other hand, has NEVER been known for promoting conservative causes until he announced his Senate candidacy.

I support no one but I will not toss in with a liar and a sham merely because some who really don't know the truth here have chosen, without looking at a guy's record, get behind him, especially when there are others with real records to take this spot.

KS has plenty great conservative candidates and I will support one of them, not a phony like Wolf!

I do know what I'm talking about here and no one who's not been here in the trenches knows the truth so toss invectives away and flame away, I do have a track record that I can defend.

I'm supposing all of you who think I'm a RINO are now happy with your money and your votes going to "TEA Party saviors," say, Kelly Ayotte and Ron Johnson just for starters!

Hey, no problemo they told us they were the "real conservatives" and even some conservative groups got behind them but I'll just bet there were some folks at home who knew who these people really were, they hoped it wouldn't be but it was and now you can regret the opportunity to get behind better and genuine candidates.

If a candidate doesn’t maintain a home in his state, how on Earth can you legally meet the residency requirements to ever run for any political office?

George H.W. Bush's home of record was a Houston hotel suite. Happens all the time. It's decided by voter registration more than propety ownership. In the eyes of the state Roberts is a Kansas resident. In the eyes of the electorate may well be another thing.
