More:
"The short story is that there are three Republican candidates running: a rich, well-funded liberal; an establishment tool; and an awesome Ted Cruz style conservative.
In describing the race, the Dallas Morning News quoted a political science professor familiar with the race as saying, It offers the best contrast of the two different visions for the future of the Republican Party. One is a more pragmatic, centrist, conservative vision of Dan Branch; and the other is the movement conservative vision of Ken Paxton. Barry Smitherman is an establishment Republican who is trying to wear the clothing of a movement conservative.

IMHO, the recent following two quotes by Conservative Commentator Eric Erickson highlight why Conservative TEXANS should make their votes count in this Primary Election:
1.) - - - As all of us know, we may not live in Texas, but Texas affects us and we all probably secretly or not so secretly want to live there. - - -
2. ) - - - - Its imperative that Texas have strong conservative leadership because as Texas goes, so goes America. - - -

Dan Branch is John Tower if Tower were still among us. He once worked for Tower and sits on the Tower board at SMU.

FYI to Freepers in Kaufman County:
Early voting will ONLY use the electronic machines. You will NOT have choice of paper or electronic during early voting.
On Primary Day, March 4th, ONLY PAPER ballots will be used. If you can, please vote on March 4th - paper ballots leave a paper trail!
Say thank you to our GOPe Republicans.

Woo hoo!! Paxton for TX Attorney General! Ken Paxton was a frequent speaker at our Allen, Texas Tea Party meetings years ago. He was one of the few local politicians at the time who were unafraid to align themselves with the movement. He's been a Tea Party favorite ever since, and has given us no reason (that I know of) to think badly of him.

Ken is truly a good man with a wonderful family, and a history of conservative leadership. He will be an excellent AG. We need more people like him and Ted Cruz in office.

There have also been a lot of class action lawsuits and settlements sought by the AG against banks and stuff over the past decade. The banks had it coming too.

Good to see Cruz not shutting up like the GOPe would like He's making them look bad. Very bad. In return, they hate him with a white hot passion for his outspokenness and fearless devotion to conservative principles.

I meant on the Senate race (like Midge and Rand). Sorry for any corn-fusion ;-)
At least, no endorsement in the TX Senate race, that I know of.
