BREAKING NEW VIDEO: Battleground Texas Illegally Copying Voter Registration Data
YouTube ^ | 19 February 2014 | Project Veritas

Posted on 02/19/2014 8:05:30 AM PST by Windflier

In one of our most recent videos a Battleground Texas volunteer talks about forging signatures on official voting documents (which is voter fraud) nonchalantly saying, "It happens all the time."

She's right it, it does. And Project Veritas has the proves it in this latest video.

Battleground Texas Field Organizer Jennifer Longoria was caught on camera multiple times making statements such as, "So every time we register someone to vote we keep their name and number."

Doing so however, is illegal. According to the Secretary of State, it is unlawful to transcribe, copy, or otherwise record a telephone number furnished on a voter registration application.

And if they can get Texans to vote, Longoria says, they can "change the elections pretty drastically."

The raw video can be found at http://Youtube.com/VeritasVisuals

I’ll bet all major networks will report on the state of elections 24 hours a day for the next week or so ... They’ll talk about Ted Nugents statements and nothing else

It's unfortunate that Ted gave the LSM that opening. They're going to beat Greg Abbott over the head with it, non-stop.

If the enemedia in Texas refuse to report on this,

Did you catch this one?

Why is the Obama Administration Putting Government Monitors in Newsrooms?

I rather doubt they will have much choice in the reportage...

So in your opinion, it's just dandy for these Democrat voter registration workers to copy the same data?

I think the damage is minimal. I've worked at (and helped to organize) my fair share of phone banks for GOP candidates. In nearly every instance, our calling lists have come directly from the board of elections - we simply purchased the list of all GOP-registered voters in the district, which included phone numbers. It's public information.

Yeah. I saw that.
The sad thing about stories like that is how UNsuprising it is to read about these things.

The question becomes do these people become ‘voluntary deputy registrars’?
If so they come under the same rules as the Registrar.

See subchapter B, Sec. Sec. 13.031

I’m only surprised that they don’t care that we know.

It is illegal to enforce the elections laws against Democrats.

Not just illegal, but mean and hateful, too.

"Why doesn’t the Bexar Co. District Attorney arrest this woman?"

Because by virtue of being Rats, they have automatic immunity, unless they kill somebody, in which case they face 30 days of community service at the local DNC office.
