To: Conscience of a Conservative
PV cites Texas Election Code section 13.004 to suppor their claim that it is illegal. That law, however, only says that the registrar (e.g., a county official) annot transcribe, copy, etc. Battleground Texas is not the "registrar."

So in your opinion, it's just dandy for these Democrat voter registration workers to copy the same data?

I think the damage is minimal. I've worked at (and helped to organize) my fair share of phone banks for GOP candidates. In nearly every instance, our calling lists have come directly from the board of elections - we simply purchased the list of all GOP-registered voters in the district, which included phone numbers. It's public information.
