People from brutal, backward and dirty countries likely cause most of what’s wrong with the cruise ships. It wasn’t always like this.

Welcome to Holland America, we hope you enjoy your cruise!

“Pujayasa stated that the passenger’s comment of ‘son of a bitch’ was offensive to himself and his parents. He was angry and upset the rest of the day,” FBI Special Agent David Nunez wrote in his report.

That evening, Pujayasa went back to the stateroom and knocked on the door, but there was no answer.

“[He] stated that he then walked to the Lido deck on deck 9 in an attempt to locate the passenger from the stateroom who insulted him in order to punch her in the face for insulting him that morning. However, as he approached deck 9, he realized it was too crowded and decided to leave,” agents said.

Instead, he returned to the woman’s stateroom and used his company-issued master key to get into the woman’s room, although he was off duty, authorities said.

He told agents that he hid on the balcony and fell asleep on a chair there. When the woman returned, he went inside her room and immediately began choking her and punching her. He said he struck her with several items, including a laptop computer and a curling iron, and that he used a phone cord and curling iron cord to try to silence her screams and yells for help.

“[The woman] then continued to fight for her life by all means available including striking Pujayasa’s exposed genitals as well as utilizing a corkscrew in an attempt to stab him,” agents said Pujayasa told them.

Unable to silence the victim, Pujayasa told investigators that he tried to conceal his involvement by trying to throw her overboard, knowing that the ship was moving and that any attempt to find her “would be extremely difficult in hours of darkness.”

How else to explain the outbreak of so many sicknesses aboard ships these days? We should be MORE able to sanitize things, not less, so why the spread of sickness in this enclosed area? Are the ships not being serviced competently at ports or is it an onboard laxity? Are people taking cruises now more likely to be carrying illnesses or is it the staff? I’m not saying all foreign born employees are barbarians, but some are and the pay, conditions and combination of different cultural habits do contribute, IMO.

The cruise ship industry does not want you to know this kind of stuff. It would be bad for business. You are basically visiting a foreign country once you step on that ship in the port of Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Therefore, you are subject to the laws of that foreign country once it leaves port and is in international waters.

Aha! So you admit to conjuring! ;)
= = = = = = = = = = = =
Only on every 5th Friday of months with R’s in it.

Actually, I was conjuring before conjuring was fashionable.

I suspect some of this could be third world resentment...

Like lowlifes in fast food joints spitting on a cops hamburger.

Just a guess.

As you noticed the situation's both worse and more frequent than in the past. That's odd.

"Homeland' doesn't get involved. Homeland's more concerned with delusional enemies in Unicorn land who resemble patriotic middle class traditional Americans.

If these cruise problems were 'dry runs' by radical Muslims - testing their plans for poisoning and killing thousands of Americans - Homeland would be the last to know. They'd be like Obama - reading it in a newspaper the next day....

You can’t get a more helpless target than a cruise ship full of people in the middle of the ocean. Looks like a clash of cultures-while in a contained space at sea-is rearing its ugly head. Diversity and multiculturalism isn’t so nice when employees come aboard with a revulsion for the decadence they serve. His ‘morals’ said she deserved what he wanted to do to her because she called him names. That same ‘die for dissing’ thinking is common in our own thug culture-so that might happen with certain American employees too. Perhaps screening out unstable, psychotic people during the hiring process should take precedence.
That- of course-would rule out all Muslims.

That would cost the cruise lines in the short run - but it would save their behinds in the long run.

News of rape/attempted rape makes you wonder what religion a person is? Are you serious? It is easy to stir, but what for, to show what a peaceful guy you are? By the way, judging by the man’s name he is a Hindu, not that his religion has anything to do with what he did.

Did I not highlight Indonesian? Is not Indonesia a large Muslim population? How many news articles have you read or heard where the perp’s name is not mentioned nor his relgion and later on you find out he is Muslim? That was the point I was making. Get with the program.
