The tax laws are what they are because our leftist government hates private businesses (see communist manifesto) and is doing everything it can to control them and take their assets.

The reason it’s so complicated is so that no one can understand it, and see what is really happening.

This started before 0bama. Long before 0bama.

Time to sew some outrageous outfits to wear here in Southern Maryland to avoid ridiculous People’s Republic of Maryland taxes..

However, Wearing them meant the Swedish supergroup could exploit a Swedish law which meant clothes were tax deductible if - and this bit’s crucial - their owners could prove they were not used for daily wear.

I se4em to remember that Dinah Shore had a big beef with the taxing aspects of our famed IRS.

She wore stunning gowns on her TV show. She wanted to deduct them as an expense. IRS said NO.

I think they finally agreed IF she could NOT sit down in them without a problem, then she could deduct them.
