Most everything he does costs lives, so what’s new? He’s the anti-Midas.
All Americans outside of the U.S. will be in danger of kidnappings. Only a matter of time till they set up shop here in the U.S. as well. But that is what our rulers want is for Americans to be in danger here, there, and everywhere.

That’s an important point you made. If squishy bureaucrats are going to free terrorists, that encourages troops to polish them off in the field. Otherwise, those bad guys will just be back shooting at the Band of Brothers soon.
