Three Weeks To A New You
Chapter One - Why Three Weeks?

notes: Everything. Addiction, diet/food, exercise, more good habits/less bad habits.
Chapter Three - When Should I Start?
notes: Right now... three, two, One - Go! Mark your calendar start but not finish. This is not about counting down days.
Chapter Four - Who Are You?

Chapter Five - Who Am I?
notes: You are Number One. You are the person that you want to be.
Chapter Six - Who Are We?
notes: We are the people who care about ourselves. We are the successful. Fix yourself will also improve everyones attitude about you at work and with family and friends. Be an example - talk is cheap.
Chapter Seven - One Thing At A Time
notes: One thing every month. In order : hard drugs, alcohol, soft drugs, smoking, weight, exercise, more good habits work - less bad habits.
