The law is patently unconstitutional and almost nobody is going to comply with it. Perhaps the state legislature and governor will now read the constitution they’re sworn to uphold, defend. ?
the purpose of laws are not to make everyone comply....sometimes its only a leverage...a hammer held over your head...

I do tax prep and this year we are asking questions about it.
The reaction (even from those whom this law was intended to help) is pretty much equal to making the sign of the Cross to a vampire: just keep that evil stuff away from me.
