Two Democrat governors who signed significant gun-control legislation last year defended the laws as effective in preventing crime.
Two Gun Control Governors Connecticuts Dan Malloy and Colorados John Hickenlooper Defend Policies to TheBlaze
We have the lowest crime weve had in 46 years, currently, Connecticut Gov. Dan Malloy told TheBlaze. So if you ask is there a connection between our gun policies, Ill just leave it up to people to draw their own conclusion.
But we have a lower homicide rate than weve had. We have a lower crime rate overall, the Democrat said. In 46 years thats a pretty good year.

People should be safe in prison too! But human nature is human nature, and some people will use violence against others no matter what the circumstances. The right of self defense is one of the core human rights. The right of citizens to protect themselves from a government that has run amok is merely an extension of that right.
OK, say it with me, Logic 101 students:
Lickenloopy gave some top of the head numbers about people “stopped” from buying guns but failed to mention how many of them were charged with falsifying documents. Funny that he also said something about how it’s a good way to find out if you are a felon. Just in case you didn’t know. Huh? What an idiot.
From the article:
Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, “...we dont want people driving cars that might do something illegal...”
LOL! Well lickenloopy, we don’t want to hear you yakkin’ but you keep on anyway.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Only the law-abiding will submit to laws. Criminals, after breaking the laws of God, figure that there's no problem breaking the little mala prohibita that these blithering idiots make up.
Of course, many of us will never submit to gun registration laws.
Gun registration whats.................
And yet, these people are elected to public office because they convince the masses that they’re smart.
They are some of the dumbest people on the planet.
“adding that background checks can help ensure that those who want guns dont have a violent felony in their background. as if someone wouldn’t know that. They prove every waking moment how stupid they are.
High schools and universities do not offer those courses any more. They used to be mandatory.
You can't push a Communist agenda if students have been taught to see the lies and false arguments being used to sway their opinion.
Bastards! They have made no effort to take guns from violent criminals, just from normal, honest, law-abiding non-violent people.
Yeah, but at least it’s for the children. Right? ;>}
So they willing and knowingly violated the civil rights of law abiding Americans?
Arrest them , charge them, incarcerate them, sue them for everything they own.
Really ? Murder rates by States
C’mon. A left wing radical extremists demokkkrat scumbag governor would lie. Maybe it was just that his numbers “weren’t exactly 100% correct”, thereby making it “just” a faux pas and thereby excusable. NOT!
Does the Gov of CT expect us not to know that everyone has the lowest crime rates they have had in 46 years. that’s why it’s such an emergency for the fascists to take away our rights as quickly as possible.
Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc
Translation: “After this, therefore because of this” ( Latin )
The Post Hoc Fallacy is committed whenever one reasons to a causal conclusion based solely on the supposed cause preceding its “effect”. Of course, it is a necessary condition of causation that the cause precede the effect, but it is not a sufficient condition. Thus, post hoc evidence may suggest the hypothesis of a causal relationship, which then requires further testing, but it is never sufficient evidence on its own.
IE:Roosters crow just before the sun rises. Therefore, roosters crowing cause the sun to rise.
I do know what it means. Logic classes were mandatory in my high school and when I went to college.
My post was about the current state of the education system. Neither of my children had to take classes in logic for high school or college. I actually made them learn at home so they could see how they were being lied to and the fallacies being used by the press and politicians.
"Hickenlooper was also skeptical as to whether the recall elections represented a sweeping view on guns in the state. One of the two people who lost their seats definitely didnt lose it over the gun bill, but over their entire relationship with the district, he said. Go back and see a search of newspaper articles you dont see a lot about guns.""

And that stuff running down your leg — that’s rain...
