I don’t trust ‘em as far as I could throw ‘em.

So now SCOTUS decides scientific issues too? Ridiculous.

“Have the oceans truly risen? Anybody? Bueller?

Predictably they have, every six hours or so, but so far they have always receded.

Okay, I'm curious. How does low, or no sunspots, translate into "no electricity"?

In case you haven't noticed...the Obama regime is busily shutting down coal powered and nuclear plants.....good luck getting much power from snow laden solar panels and frozen windmills.

I’d like to be optimistic. But when it comes to the SCOTUS actually getting it right it’s hard to be optimistic.

With our current Supreme Court and its' ruling on Obamacare it is now "Damn the Constitution! Anything goes!"

How did the 17th and 18th centuries combined last 400 years?

Did it just seem that long because no one had TV or the internet?

What do sunspots have to do with the production of of electricity vis a vis coal?

What is the SCOTUS even doing hearing this? The Congress should have clamped down on the EPA by defunding it long ago. The whole agency needs to be shut down.

Please, please, please legislate from the bench.

Sadly, it’s working for homosexual marriage.
