Speaking of food...there used to be a sucker...caramel covered in dark chocolate.....I believe it was named for the the first moose....(5 points if you guess the name of the sucker) ;-)

There are sugar babies, sugar daddys, and then there is the sugar mama...

Sugar Mamas were chocolate-covered caramel suckers, essentially a Sugar Daddy covered in chocolate.
Sugar Daddy didnt have chocolate...and tended to yank out loose teeth as I recall ;-)
My how times have changed....we even had licorice penny candy in the shape of a doll....called “N” word babies. Then again, Im talking the late 50’s here.

That is called a “bollard”.
It is used to tie up a ship, tug, or barge to a pier.
Back in the day we called them “n-word heads”.
I do not know why, but that is what they were called.
I think I would prefer them deep fried, rather than dipped in chocolate.
