SAN ANTONIO — A federal judge in San Antonio has declared Texas' ban on gay marriage unconstitutional.
U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia, however, also issued a stay, meaning the ban stays in effect for the time being.
One lesbian couple had to go to Massachusetts to get married, and they want Texas to recognize the union.
A second gay couple have a courtship of 17 years and want to get married here in their home state.

Even so, that would only occur in the few Democratic cities in Texas.
Maybe Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio, but that would be about it.
Dissolve the state legislatures and governors offices and let the Federal Judiciary and Executive rule. That seems to the be the fantasy of the Progs.

Exactly— tell the courts to stuff the feather boa up their arses and if they threaten Texas, arrest them for threatening public officials and abuse of authority.

a) Order banks, businesses and individuals to send Fed taxes to Austin;
b) Use the funds to convert the National Guard into the Texas Militia

That can be remedied by escorting her to a border and telling her not to set foot in Texas again or face arrest.
