The Russians do not need to be there, except to make a point saying they can go any darn place they want to and no so-called “President” will stop them OR ELSE. I think I see a couple of “Huff-Duff” (World War II slang for HF Direction Finder) antennas too. I’m sure you have antennas for radio navigation like LORAN and others too. I’m an amateur radio operator so this interests me too. You probably have antennas, radios, scanners and so on that take you from “DC to light” (ELF to EHF and beyond) and everything in between like longwave thru UHF.
