Project Veritas Unmasks Fresh Dem Voter Fraud in Texas By Deroy Murdock February 19, 2014 2:30 PM

Yet again, the intrepid James O’Keefe and his Project Veritas team have uncovered illegal political work being carried out by the Left. In a just-released video, they document the illicit activities of Battleground Texas (BGTX), a Democrat group dedicated to electing Wendy Davis governor and turning the Lone Star State into a Democrat stronghold. The latter objective, if achieved, likely would mean curtains for the Republican party in the Electoral College.

Project Veritas found Battleground Texas busy signing up new voters.

“So, every time we register somebody to vote, we keep their [sic] name, address, phone number,” says Jennifer Longoria, a field organizer with Battleground. A Project Veritas investigator captured Longoria’s face and words on a hidden camera. “Once we register people to vote tonight we will all turn in our cards and our data person will enter not all the information, but name, address, and phone number.”

These efforts may be diligent, but they also are illegal.

Sec. 13.004 of the Texas legal code states: “The registrar may not transcribe, copy, or otherwise record a telephone number furnished on a registration application.”

O’Keefe & Co. also captured a Battleground volunteer saying that the group forges signatures on voter-related documents. “It happens all the time,” she said.

This additional evidence of fraud refutes liberal and Democrat claims that this political disease is an imaginary ailment that conservatives hallucinate in the far Right’s fever swamps. O’Keefe and his brave investigators have shown once more that electoral corruption is all too real.

YES!

I filed a complaint last Wed - by Friday had email that it had been sent from Sec of State to Atty Genl office. Dewhurst also filed a complaint on Friday.

Letter from Sec of state office said I would have written report in 60-90 days.

We have both paper and electronic. When I voted in Dallas County, it was always a choice.

Here in Kaufman County, the GOPers in charge decided that we would ONLY use electronic in early voting and paper for election day. I wonder how the provisional votes are being done during early voting.

*********************
I did the early voting this morning (Thur.) in Tarrant County and it was all by machine. I had my voter’s registration card and driver license, but they said they only needed the photo I.D., not the registration card, because of the change in the law. ...The guy at the table input my data into some computer program and it likely verified my registration.

So, I guess the ‘provisional’ votes will be in suspension until they get confirmation from the cross-referencing to the official registration data base. ....Just guessing.
