Remember “I feel your pain” - Bill Clinton’s plaintive response to the woes of Middle America turned into a signature line for his administration, which became a cliché in American politics?
Every politician wanted to connect to the pain of Americans, even in good economic times, and especially during and after the Great Recession. The biggest political attack against Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential election related to the exposure of his remarks about the “47 percent” and how out of touch it made the wealthy Republican nominee to the plight of the struggling working classes.
That was then … this is now. Instead of feeling your pain, Harry Reid stood on the Senate floor to tell millions of Americans impacted by skyrocketing premiums, incompetent administration, and policy cancellations from the implementation of the Affordable Care Act that they don’t really feel pain at all.
Democrats find themselves hammered by an avalanche of data and personal anecdotes that demonstrate the damage done by Obamacare. Instead of addressing those – which granted, would take most of the time between now and the midterm elections – the Senate Majority Leader angrily dismissed all such information as “untrue.”

The lapdog media might actually cover some of the crap that passes for ‘partisan’ politics these days.
If Reid was in my political party I would be too embarrassed to admit it. Without the protection of his senate seat, he might be in prison instead.
His real estate shenanigans in VEgas alone should have him behind bars. Talk about shady characters.
I saw a democrat pundit saying that Harry Reid was wrong to attack those people because she knows that many of the stories are true.
Then she turned around and excused the attack because the democrats are under a lot of pressure over Obamacare.
Got that? Its OK to attack innocent people if you’re under pressure for your own failures.
I think this is the outrage that will get the voter’s attention more than any of the other scandals. At least I hope it will.
I remember Reid calling the TEA party terrorists. Demonizing the innocent was a prime tactic of Nazis. Fascist is as fascist does. Too bad there is no rule of law anymore.
After Clinton basically got away with perjury, why should any politician care about telling absurd, easily debunkable lies?

They just keep repeating that obamacare was supposed to lower healthcare COSTS. That was not the purpose. It was supposed to get everyone health INSURANCE. I don’t know why the republicans and talking show hosts won’t keep repeating this.
Second, the republicans need to have these REAL people come to the capitol for a press conference. Let the reporters call them liars.

Remember the FIRST thing ‘Obama’ did after becoming ‘president?’ He sent Pelosi to THREATEN CIA with prosecution for ‘Torturing captured islamic terrorists.’
Pelosi very publicly announced ‘CIA LIED TO ME ABOUT TORTURE; NEVER BRIEFED ME’ until various officials declared, ‘Actually, Pelosi was indeed briefed, so we don’t know why she’s accusing CIA of lying/deception.’
Then suddenly, Pelosi dropped the issue like a hot potato and wouldn’t mention it anymore.
In other words, the FIRST thing ‘Obama’ did was send a public declaration to CIA:
“Blow my cover (as illegal alien; DNA doesn’t match grandparents) and CIA might get rid of me, but PELOSI and the Demonrats will still be here to ruin your CIA career and persecute you for trumped up lying/torture until some of you CIA guys land in prison. Go ahead, I’m the historic first black president, so let’s see who wins this public fight. ME, or some CIA guy whom I demonize across major media. Make my day.”
Remember, who SIGNED OFF on the (edited) ‘Candidate certification’ to make Obama the Democrat candidate? It was PELOSI. Obama couldn’t produce ANY valid ID, so the Demonrats just said ‘No problem, we’ll edit the Democrat Party certification document so instead of saying you meet ALL REQUIREMENTS to become president, the document will read that you meet all requirements OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY (not the Constitution) to be president.’
Conclusion: Pelosi (and Boehner; McCain; Reid; plus half of Congress; plus the Hawaii officials and WH cronies who covered up this fraud for 6 years) should be prosecuted for treason, then convicted, then shot by firing squad.

The democrat voters aren’t ashamed to be in the same party as Sheila Jackson-Lee. They’re proud of Reid!
