A federal court has ruled that an American school student has a right to free expression -- unless that American might be threatened for that expression by others, in which case state officials have the right to quash the offending expression to appease potential aggressors.
Which, ipso facto, means Americans have no right to free expression at all.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled upon the constitutionality of a decision by the administration at Live Oak High School in 2010. On May 5th of that year, student Daniel Galli and his friends had the unmitigated gall to wear shirts emblazoned with that offensive symbol that we call the American flag. Fearing that the unruly ex-denizens of another country would be infuriated at the mere sight of it on a day they hold in reverence, the vice principal asked him and his friends to turn their shirts inside out.

I knew it was coming to this, this is the end game, now according to the 9th Circus Court if someone feels bad abut what conservatives say we have to shut up. TEA Party signs make the leftist upset, then ban them, don’t like what Rush is saying on the radio, ban him too.
We are nothing but a bunch of cowards, not sheep, sheep have a backbone.
Basically we are going to have to tell the conservative granny ladies auxiliary that it is going to get messy, and they might be called bad names, but they will deal with it while men go forth and whoop some ass. As for those insurgent Americans in that Mexical school, its called stickers that show the American flag, buy them, put them up, create evil libtard overreactions. Stop f#cking whining, now.
The Republican House of Representatives can and should impeach any of these justices for their grossly incompetent ruling. Of course they won’t but they do have the power to push back.
Everyone on Free Republic should read “Domestic Enemies” by our own Travis Magee (Matthew Bracken) where Americans in the Southwest live in a dystopian world of the Reconquista where displays of the American flag are prohibited and businesses are required to use Spanish. And guns are taken away from ordinary citizens.
It’s happening today as seen by incidents like the one in this article.
And look at the illegal alien mess and the way some liberals want amnesty. They plan to win by demographics.

I put up an American flag on my vehicle and on my porch on Cinco De Mayo. It’s OUR flag. They don’t like it, they can leave. I do NOT want to see a foreign flag hoisted in our nation. Period!
It is up to us to fly OUR FLAG! Were I a parent, I’d keep my kid home from school on that day. I consider it a patriotic duty to counter protest these people. Their allegiance is to Mexico and I won’t tolerate their nationalism here in this country! Let the chips fall where they may.
