HERCULES, Calif. —
A transgender student at Hercules Middle/High School was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom Monday morning in what police are investigating as a hate crime, according to police.
The assault was reported at 11:06 a.m. in a boy's bathroom on the high school side of campus, located at 1900 Refugio Valley Road, police spokeswoman Detective Connie Van Putten said.
The victim, a 15-year-old student who police said identifies as a transgender male, was leaving the bathroom when three other students confronted him.
The students physically and sexually assaulted the victim in a handicap stall, Van Putten said. He was taken to a hospital and his parents were notified of the attack.

Since it took place in a boys’ room, I’m assuming that the “victim” is a girl.
I am in favor of anything, including confusion about who is a girl and who is a boy, that will drive more people out of the government schools.

I am sickened by homosexual-on-transexual assaults, not by anyone here attempting to understand what happened in the screwed-up LGBT asylum. This is very likely a hoax, however, based on experience. Your outrage should be directed against sexually violent homosexuals.

Yup. Of course recognizing this is not to condone the violence.
The violence was evil. But it was foolish of the *girl* and her parents to think she could invade the boys’ domain with impunity.

The easy way to remember: "Transgender" is a pseudo-scientific (non-scientific) term that, if truth was the standard, should be replaced with the word "fake."
So, "transgender male" = "fake male" and "transgender female" = "fake female."
So, if they assaulted her coming out of the girl's bathroom it would actually be a crime?

I’m disgusted with the parents who allow a mentally ill child to shape her life around her illness, and we are 100% certain that the parents of this little girl are doing exactly that.
If there was a sexual assault (and not just teasing with a mentally disturbed girl choosing the nuclear option in response), I’m disgusted with the boys who attacked her. I’m skeptical, but it may have happened - kids do attack other kids. I taught my kids that they are responsible for protecting the handicapped and the mentally ill. If someone with physical or psychological problems is being picked on, my kids know that they are obligated to protect that person. If someone with physical or psychological problems is annoying, they are permitted to ignore, avoid, or shun that person, but they know it is not appropriate to tease or attack someone who is weaker or messed up.
So I for one can't see how a thinking person can condemn what that propaganda media reports as an "attack." without the full story.
In case after case we have seen PC protected class members stage, provokes or even invent incidents/crimes so the leftwing media establishment can dutifully flood the public with bias reports as the leftwing legal establishment can shop the case for a favorable judge and venue.

One of the things we learn in sexual assault prevention class is that the victim is never to blame.
From a legal point of view, I would agree. However, from a practical point of view, that simply is not true. Females who want to decrease the chance of becoming a victim really should avoid certain behavior--like going into a bar alone while wearing revealing clothing, or using the men's restroom.
I once found a website telling women just how to do that. It takes practice, and certain aspects of the "skill" lead me to think that it would be conducive to bladder infections.
A dozen or so of the assaults (homosexuals being picked on) have been reported, they all turn out to be bogus.
Amazes me news outlets even report them.
