I was hoping one of the Texas FReepers would start a thread, but didn't see one. The Texas primary is today..several interesting races, but the BIG ONE involves Cornyn. When you vote...let us know what you heard/saw? What's the weather like down there?
I think it is possible I would prefer her to Cornyn.
Winning is alwats best but a good show of force by conservatives in Texas will help in races in other states.
If Cornyn just squeeks past 50%, and it looks now that that’s the best he’ll do, RINOs across the land will feel a chill up their rubbery spines.
Read up on her and you will understand why the RATS are pulling out the stops to stop her.

Dewayne spiking. Surprising thing is so many went for Stockman (my early favorite) with no campaigning. Went with Stovall, who iikely push Cornyn into runoff against Stockman, if our luck holds.

Crap. I think Karl Rove just found a bunch of early votes for Cornhole so he doesn’t drop below 60%. Ugh!
Cornyn’s early votes were his key. Now the in-person comes in, without the RAT crossover.
I deduced a 7% RAT crossover based on the Zerocare ballot prop turnout.

Senate race was never going to be close. No serious candidates of any consequence. Entirely unlike Dewhurst - Cruz where Dewhurst ran a terrible campaign and Cruz was a MUCH stronger candidate.
I get why people are happy about Dewhurst losing, but I wish he were losing to a different candidate. Patrick could have a troublesome campaign in the fall.
But at least he knows 40+ of Texans want to send him to pasture. And he knows how many rats crossed over, which means net 50% of Texans want him gone.
No problem, Gowdy will replace Boehner and Cruz McConnel. It’ll all shake out the way the electorate is leading and demanding.
Unless Kesha Rodgers somehow wins the Democrat nomination. In which case we can try to send them a DINO.

Stovall just broke above 10% again... I used to have a link that lists votes by county but lost it.
Deport, can you link the vote by the biggest 15 again?
