Texas behind us. On to North Carolina! (vanity)

Posted on 03/05/2014 5:36:55 AM PST by cotton1706

Unfortunately, John Cornyn got through the primary. Taking him out was a long shot but we made him spend $6 million of his $8 million war chest. Incumbents love to run unopposed and keep that.

The next big fight is North Carolina. The Establishment has been pushing Thom Tillis while the Tea Party has gotten behind Greg Brannon.

The dirty games have already started to tarnish Brannon since he was recently sued and found guilty of misleading investors (while his partner remained unscathed for the same charge).

This is the game they play to get their guys elected.

We just have to force a runoff in North Carolina. The primary is May 6th. So let's get to work getting behind Greg Brannon for Senate!

Trust me, I am in total agreement with you in this.

My point remains, however. Until such time as we get very serious about removing the Establishment RINOs from our ranks, we can only count on more of the same. They will say one thing and then turn right around and cut deals with their Anti-America RATs.

I am also very curious about just how many members of the RAT Party’s “Battleground Texas/ACORN” voters helped John Wayne McCornyn avoid an almost certainly fatal runoff? My suspicions went sky-high when the AP called that race with barely 2% of the ballots cast. Am I alone in being incredulous?

Not hardly. I am a Texan in Pascagoula, Ms. and I stayed up till midnight last night listening to Matt Patrick reporting from KTRH 740 Houston with the results. When it hit 1% reporting, the AP called it for Cornyn. Matt Patrick went ballistic. "How can this BE?!?"

I may have gotten loud, don't recall. My wife said, "Settle down babe." All during the night and into today's Michael Berry program callers were asked if they knew anyone that voted for McCornyn. To a man/woman, each stated "No!."

Guess it must be true. "Money talks, bullsh!t walks. What a sad state of affairs.

Howie, I must add back that we cannot assist our true Patriots and Statesmen that we have elected by allowing the traitors to keep the majority. The majority says what can or cannot come to a vote. The majority assigns who Chairs the committees (very important).

We owe it to Mike Lee, Ted Cruz and several others to do what we can to put them in the 'driver's seat'.

We OWE it to them Howie.

Just read Ted Cruz's statement made today about Cornyn's win. Anyone keeping up with how the world turns KNEW this was going to happen. Neither Stockman or Stovall had a chance. That was a given. They had no chance and they knew it. Thanks to Michael Berry and several others, they caused him to worry that he might end up in a run-off with less than 50%. That caused Cornyn to spend more than $6 million of his war chest that he did NOT want to spend.

Cruz's statement today regarding Cornyn was a shot across his bow and Cornyn knows it was. Cruz was very polite and admiring but to the point.

Bottom line, please Howie, help me assist our true Patriots and retake the U.S. Senate! Our guys KNOW what to do from there.

RINOs be DAMNED!!!

I am with you all the way, my friend.

Don’t mistake my obvious frustration as anything other than just that.

I know what the mission is and I will not be deterred.

Semper Fi!

From the margins it appeared that Stockman didn’t run a very good campaign.

None of them ran a statewide campaign. They did not have the money. Only Cornyn did. Texas is a pretty big place.

I thank you Sir.

All of our frustrations are near the boiling point. Nevertheless, as I watch our Patriots that we have recently sent to Washington, as they keep their educated composure, I am reminded to do the same. They only ask for our determined support. That is the very least that I can give them.

God Bless You and Yours Howie66.

I appreciate your kind words, houeto. No need to thank me, though. We all do what we must for our Freedom does not come without a cost. We all have a stake in our present and our future and need to be thankful for God’s Blessings.

United we stand or divided we fall.

Thom Tillis has led the only Republican legislature to pass amnesty in 2013.

He said Obamacare is a great idea. That will hurt him more.
