Someone needs to inform the inmate that slavery, aka “involuntary servitude” is only permitted in the US after being duly convicted of a crime and sentenced....
His punishment is fully constitutional. Sorry convict, no help from this side of the fence.

Maybe he should read the 13th Amendment which outlaws slavery and involuntary servitude except “as punishment for a crime ... duly convicted.”
