I'm surprised you found both the Lyrics and "the" recording! My family had that record way back in 1954 when we lived in Colorado Springs. I am 64 now. We were very young, but we listened to it so much that we can still sing most of by heart.

That clip is from a the movie Heartworn Highways. It is a documentary filmed in the 70’s with Guy Clark, Rodney Crowell, Townes VanZant, Steve Earle and others. Lots of great tunes well worth watching.
