I'm convinced almost every Grant, Subsidy, Patronage type program with this administration are in fact either bogus democrat money laundry organization or payola scam...
The amount of money raised by these leftist organizations are huge...I know most Americans do not support them, so where are they getting the funds...?

was convicted by a federal jury Friday of laundering thousands of dollars from a $1.25 million state grant for a Chicago-based job-training program.The proposal called for 40 people to get training in bricklaying and electrician skills, but the money allegedly was diverted.
$ 1.25 million / 40 trainee = $31,250 per person...
Only a libtard can justify that as a good investment...
A private company can train a bricklayer or journey electrician for far far less...
