I realize that subsidizing something creates more of it, and do not think the taxpayer should be forced to pay for welfare, medical care and other expenses for illegal immigrants. Once the subsidies for illegal immigration are removed, the problem will likely become far less common.

Too bad he is speaking out of both-sides of his mouth on this issue.

He is starting to sound like Myth Romney.

Well wouldn’t it be true that a more libertarian America would do more to reward merit and less to reward leeching?

That’s one way to fight the illegale problem. Make yourself not such a doggone honey pot.

"He is starting to sound like Myth Romney.

"At the Florida Republican Debate, Romney said that he would enforce stringent documentation policies that would make it difficult for illegal immigrations to find work, eventually spurring them to “self-deport.” According to Romney, “If people don’t get work here they’re going to self-deport to a place where they can get work.”
