EXCLUSIVE--Tammy Bruce: War on Boys Attempt to 'Create Society of Frightened People
Breitbart.com ^ | 3/8/2014 | AWR Hawkins

On March 8th, Breitbart News was able to sit down with author and radio host Tammy Bruce to discuss the ongoing war against boys--especially as seen via zero tolerance school policies that result in suspensions for young students who pretend to point their finger like a gun.

We asked her, "So many times we hear about 'the war on boys'--of a boy fashioning his hand or breakfast pastry into the shape of gun, then being suspended. What are we to think of this?"

Paglia and Bruce are articulate and well-reasoned as it pertains to commenting upon the seeming cultural demise of the "man's man." Paglia will chomp on stogie with Limbaugh and yuk it up with the boys, if given the chance. Limbaugh mentioned it as much ~ 15 years ago on his program, back when Pagila was berating Clinton's peccadillos.

Each makes it a point to say that this very person is a core essential for the survival of Western culture, no less. That's said, they are in my opinion merely intellectually deconstructed/reconstructed libertarian/libertine liberals -- not conservatives.

You see, for all that, how is then that these women do not seek out that kind of man themselves for that most intimate of social company and instead remain the avowed lesbians that they are? Neither claims that for all their intellectual brilliance either of them are on a way back from that mental illness, "lezbrilliance".

Miss M: perhaps you have an Upper West-Sider's somewhat unique view on this that might help to edify the discussion, given your physical proximity to the preponderance of these "proclivitoids" -- and some who may even call themselves "conservatives"?

What am I missing? I remain suspect of both Paglia and Bruce.

[The deballing of American boys started about 45 years ago with the introduction of Attention Deficit Disorder and its “need” for mind-altering drugs.]

Actually I think the deballing started before that....at least the early 50’s. The resolution of conflict was a big goal of the Libs, and their solution was that in every conflict each side should move toward each other so as to eliminate the differences as much as possible. Examples they gave were: races of different skin color should have children until eventually there would be no skin color differential, and males should become more feminine and females should become more masculine. The UN was big on these ideas.

Tammy is to the right of another lesbian maverick, intellectual
Camile Paglia who cannot seem to bring herself out of the
closet politically speaking. Still, they both give the liberals fits and
challenge the homophobic label that liberals apply to the rest of
us conservatives.

Paglia has never claimed to be a conservative. She’s just good on some common sense issues - like letting boys be boys. And, of course, her brilliant take on the arts, which is basically nonpolitical. Tammy Bruce does, I believe, consider herself a conservative. She also doesn’t make a big deal of her lesbianism, thank God. I also respect the Gay Patriot blog - a group of gay men who are fighting the gay agenda tooth and nail. They are tough hombres!

I’m not sure you are missing anything.

Tammy has been on the scene for at least 10 years. I believe she’s completely sincere. She turned on the left years ago because of her own problems with feminism. I know she had a difficult youth. It’s too bad she’s gay; she’s very attractive. Did I just say that?

Homosexuality is an un-natural predilection which gives rise to self-loathingly un-natural behavior.

Yet the Gay Patriot blog which as you say sets out to fight the gay agenda appears to me to be the ultimate embodiment of self-loathing and self-contradiction all wrapped into what must be one particularly internally conflicted, if not tortured set of personalities.

You describe them as "tough hombres," but tough in what ways that matter where unquestionably and convincingly conservative is the only thing that does matter, both morally and economically?

Are there any Roy Cohn- like personalities who just keep their sexuality to themselves or must they openly identify where they are can only be the hyphenated "gay-patriot" or "gay-conservative?"

You’re too intellectual for me, I’m afraid. I just like those guys who are fighting for the rights of religious people to not bake cakes for gay guys’ weddings. It is an excellent site and I recommend it. If these guys are self-loathing it is their business, not mine.

Thanks for the ping. The “war on women” is a leftist fabrication. The war on men is a fact.

“The deballing of American boys started about 45 years ago with the introduction of Attention Deficit Disorder and its “need” for mind-altering drugs. Ritalin ran rampant. And Ritalin shrinks brains.”

It really hit its peak about 30+ years ago. Our FP refused to put any boy on these drugs when teachers tried to force doctors to do that.

He told the parents that he and his brothers, two sons and many cousins would have been put on these terrible drugs because they presented a challenge to the teachers to keep them challenged. They were challenged instead of drugged, and all became good citizens with good careers.

Then if the parents demanded Ritalin for their sons, he would tell them they had to leave his practice if they demanded the drugs. Then, if they had another doctor put their sons on the drugs, he didn’t want them in his practice. Most listened to him and didn’t force the phony issue. A few challenged him and had to find a new doctor.

Yup. What surprises me is that people forgot most every sitcom and TV show in the “All in the Family” vein when they used to discuss that stuff openly as a means to plant the seed.

I guess now that the seed has taken root they no longer need to since the mentality is so ingrained. One also can look to the 1963 Communist Goals for where a lot of it came from.

Or Sun Tzu. Or Kruschev’s “We won’t get you but we will get your children” comments. He did. We give them away daily.

Look also to the land use issue and safety regulations. Why? Because most of the lands people my age grew up on are now off limits nature reserves and governmental regs ban lots of formerly fun OUTDOOR pastimes...or make them so outrageously expensive.

The skis and snowmobiles/dirt bikes my middle class family afforded in the 70s/80s are now only affordable by the upper-mid to wealthy. So what do the kids do? Cant do much outside in many places, so they play games on tv and pretend they could do what we did... virtually.

...Where they are then a captive audience to whatever propaganda the powers that be inject in those games through concepts and storylines.

Ever notice the constant uptick in “We must ban violence in videogames” occurrences? It maps pretty well to the “We must ban toy guns” thing. Kids could not be allowed to play army because guns were evil and violent...

History repeats, the agenda of pussification advances and few even notice.

Unfortunately can’t abide her even if I agree with her. First time I heard her she was glorifying homosexual pedophelia.
