It doesn't surprise me that West Virginia Governor Democrat Earl Ray Tomblin doesn't understand (or blatantly ignores) that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect the so-called right to have an abortion, activist justices wrongly legislating such a “right” from the bench in Roe v. Wade imo.

The citizens of West Virginia, and all states, need to work with their state lawmakers to make laws to do the following. The states need laws which require all state lawmakers, governors and judges to reference specific clauses in the Constitution to justify their assertions, written or oral, that a given issue is or isn't constitutional.

This is because, all too often imo, Constitution-ignoring government “leaders” take advantage of the fact that low-information voters, voters who have never been taught the Constitution as the Founding States had intended for it to be understood, give the vague PC terms "constitutional" and "unconstitutional" a free pass.

West Virginia is moving the right direction. Obama lost all of the counties of WV in a little more than a generation there wont be any state wide Democrats left. Some say a judge will overturn but we already know that judges are no longer representing the constitution so its beyond time that the states start ejecting federal judges from their borders.

A fetus is completely formed by the end of the third month (12 weeks).

From that point on, abortion is sheer MURDER.

Prayers up. Please, God, lead us to a repeal of Roe v. Wade.

West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin says he's concerned that a bill to prohibit abortions after 20 weeks could be unconstitutional.

This is what the real war on women is about. Demonrats don't realize that God knew the baby in the womans womb even before the conception even began and how sad it must be for God to see cold blooded murderers murdering His creations. It is their funeral to Hell.
