A Montana couple has been charged after allegedly letting a 2-year-old boy smoke marijuana.
Lucas Keith Wilson and Camilla Rose Samuels have been charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Wilson was brought to the Gallatin County Detention Center on Friday and is being held on a $50,000 bond, but Samuels is still at large.

Dang. It took me 30 years to smoke pot five times.
Most weeders have no problems smoking in front of their kids. But boy if you try to tell them to stop....

Way back in the day I knew a couple who smoked in front of their pre-teen girl. Boy, were they all a bundle of f*cked-up head cases! They were customer’s of my business so I had to make periodic stops. (The local cops were there all the time as his customers. Did they know? Probably. The place reeked.) Really creepy.
Five times is pretty bad, but at least it wasn’t six...that would really really be bad.

I would hope that after they arrested the parents, the authorities took the kid to the nearest white castle.

These two seem to really care about their children, but their brand of caring doesn’t see the dangers of feeding a child mind altering substances. Some of those changes to a young, unformed brain may be irreversible, sort of like fetal alcohol syndrome, which occurs in the womb, but is preventable. This is a case where two loving parents is still not good enough, because they lack the common sense that protects their child. We are talking about marijuana, and maybe meth, we are not talking about some other ‘vice’ like dark chocolate or deep fried chicken.
Maybe it was medical marijuana. The tot could have had the sniffles.
These aren’t caring, loving parents. They’re drug addicts.
How would a 2-year-old know how to smoke? At that age they barely have the hand coordination to even hold a joint/pipe, much less smoke it, and inhale, and not immediately cough and then not want it anymore?
If they had let the kid smoke a cigarrete, they would already be in jail for life.
