A 15-year-old transgender student in California who claimed to have been beaten and sexually assaulted in a school bathroom recanted after a police investigation failed to back up his story.
The reversal left open the possibility the teen could be charged with making a false criminal report, said Connie Van Putten, a police department spokeswoman.
The student, who is biologically female but identifies as male, had told officers he was leaving a boy’s bathroom on Monday morning when three other boys he did not know pushed him inside a large stall and attacked him.
But officers could not substantiate certain elements of his statement, including the time frame, and he lacked any physical injuries to his head, face and hands, police said.
The student acknowledged he had made up the story during the follow-up interview, Van Putten said. She would not speculate on why he had lied.

In what sense was this attack ever considered “brutal” if there were no detectable physical injuries?
Mental instability is the “norm” for the LGBT crowd. These types have set the precedent that any claims of discrimination or attacks by LGBTs need to be examined with additional scrutiny for truthfulness.

And in view of the fact that same-sex attraction disorder *is* a serious mental illness:
a. You are correct; but
b. The word “usually” could be omitted.
She lied because she didn’t get enough attention about her insistence on using the men’s room at school, and without attention she couldn’t play the victim, so she fabricated a situation to get the attention. Bet that two years from now she’ll be back to being a girl - in a new town.

Part of the jamming and numbing to the vile behavior, so it becomes normal. The lie was already heard and believed—Most people will have no idea it was a lie....same with the Matthew Shepherd murder who was killed by one of his orgy buddies. There was no “hate” crime.
We need to get rid of “hate” crimes——it is to control the narrative and make Good, Evil and Evil, Good.
