The usually verbose Gutierrez had nothing substantive to say: “Call the office” and “I don’t have time” were his initial responses. Gutierrez was also asked if individuals, not just the business community, should be granted relief from Obamacare’s onerous mandates.
Then things got weird. And by weird we mean that Congressman Gutierrez started blurting out tunes to himself after Mattera questioned him on how many more Obamacare delays Americans could expect.
In 2010, Gutierrez argued that the law would make coverage “more accessible and affordable.” While those claims have turned out to be false, the Congressman wasn’t concerned that the President has usurped, well, Congress by unilaterally rewriting a law passed by Gutierrez and his colleagues.

Gutierrez is the Congresscritter from Illinois' 4th Congressional District, which includes the mostly Puerto Rican neighborhood of Humbolt Park on Chicago's West Side.
Electing a Republican there would be like successfully building a snowman in Panama.
I knew the districts there were gerrymandered, but just for fun, I looked up the actual map. It shocked even me. Here it is, from Wiki -

Amazing....that little “J” shaped section to the left of Chicago must be where the white foks live....

That little “J” is where the Cook County Courts and Jail Building are, along with some semi-abandoned light industrial buildings.
There’s not a lot of population there. I’m not sure why they cut that out.
Some of those little points to the west look like they include only one house or so. Chicago deserves it.
Illnois 4th dist map. Shows you how bad the IL media is. They allowed a district with any number of disparate commercial and unique interests which use specialized fed assistance to be construted without even a land link simply because the inhabitants have a “hispanic” surname.
It also demonstrates how little regard the commie/ socialists black and white running the democrat (in name only) party have for “hispanics” as a group.
