Those silly fairy tales! if they could only take the fairy tale out of them then everyone would live happily every after.

I thoroughly enjoyed Frozen. The only disappointment I had was not seeing the preview scene where the Snowman fights the Reindeer for the carrot within the movie itself. My daughter loved it for the music and love story, my son loved it for the comedy with the snowman/reindeer.

What is interesting to me is that it is due out on DVD next Tuesday, and it is still playing in my local theaters, and according to their published schedules, will still be playing when the DVD comes out. I don't recall any movie still being in first-run theaters when the DVD comes out. At least not in the past few years. Cheap theaters, yes, but no first-run theaters at full price, with a full line-up of screenings.

But you can’t have a fairy tale without the fairy.
