Seems like it would be pretty hard for the dems to vote against this one. They all swear to protect and defend the Constitution. It’s unbelievable that we have gotten to the point where this kind of bill even has to be written.
You don’t “sue” the President when he violates the law. You IMPEACH him.
I think this whole congressional bill stuff is just a smoke screen. They should not need a bill in order to sue the President in court for not upholding the law.

I would say, yes he is. I will never again expect a ruling based on the Constitution from the Supreme Court unless said ruling benefits the Democrat Party. On November 4, 2008 the Constitutional Republic of the United States became a banana republic by the will of the voters.

So? What difference does that make? The houses' job is to write up the articles and vote to send it to the senate. The house isn't doing their job and that's why their approval numbers are even lower than Obama's

This is the ultimate outcome of accepting the lesser evil mentality. All these lesser evils people accepted added up to today. And the majority would rather kick the can again as always in the hopes that we can make it to the election.
And then what? Elect more lesser evil ‘no matter what’, that will kick it again? Really?

Unless cowardice isn’t the real issue. Which I now believe is the case. The real issue is they do not impeach because the GOP is not the opposition party at all. Just actors playing their role as the fall guys to ease the rest of us into accepting the hopelessness of our conservative beliefs.
