“However, it is possible that Russia can resist, thereby fulfilling its historical mission of foiling the designs of those who long for world domination. Just as Russia stopped Hitler in the 20th century, Napoleon in the 19th century and Frederick the Great in the 18th century, it will stop Washington in the 21st century. This is nothing personal, just business. Russia has its historical mission to fulfill.”
This article is well crafted with many layered messages. The one that stands out to me is Putin’s image of himself in the context of world history. All of the events quoted are major wars. He is projecting himself into the same roll as the leaders mentioned. He intends to escalate himself and Russia to this level of world domination.

Oh, I forgot about you. Yes, those people were out of line not doing what Putin wanted, and when Putin’s puppet started shooting them for their civil unrest I’m sure you didn’t mind.

Golly, it strikes me as the SAME propaganda we get from OUR media outlets; just change the names of the players!

They freed the political prisoners and exposed his vast wealth, like the wealth the crony capitalists associated with Putin have in Russia; it's tacky but it's wealth. Which would have gone unnoticed had he NOT spent so much time at Key Largo, Martha's Vineyard, Hawaii...

If Washington wins this geopolitical Cold War,
it will install a pro-Western government in Moscow
which could lead to the breakup of Russia.

No matter how much I despise Obama I don't see how that gives some other dictator a pass or the right to do that which is wrong to his people. I didn't want Obama for our president. I don't wish Obama on steriods for others. The wrong things Obama does are not right when some other narcisistic statist does them. Still, I know you thought you were being cute.

Hit the reset button again and another Blame USA article will appear . . .Obama, Juan McCain, and George Soros don't represent the interests of the American people, even though they act in our name and on our dime. The American people can on be blamed for letting them get away with it.

If Putin's your idea of a Christian, that I would hope you'll check out the New Testament some time. Christ wasn't a gangster statesman. Putin is as much a Christian as Obama is. Your whole rant about wrong headed and wicked things that are inflicted on Christians is not relevant to whether Putin is a real supporter of Christianity.
See the video if you have the nerve a willingness to learn about Putin and who he really is.
